Sean joined Plexus Capital in 2022 and is a Vice President on the investment team. Sean supports the firm’s business development efforts with a primary focus on new deal sourcing, evaluation of investment opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders throughout the industry.

Prior to Plexus, Sean worked in the Corporate Development function at Syneos Health where he focused on evaluating and executing a variety of life sciences M&A transactions. Sean began his career as an Analyst within Cisco’s Finance and Leadership Development Program (LIFT).

Sean is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a B.A. in Economics.
